Currently we are hiring for the following positions:

Rental/Site Manager
Full Time Position Available

Description:

• Participate in the promotion and marketing of the storage facility
• Answer both on site and telephone inquiries about storage units
• Rent storage units and complete Rental Agreements and other appropriate forms
• Collect Rent and issue receipts for payments made at the office
• Make bank deposits daily
• Attempt to collect rent from delinquent customers
• Maintain the office and the facility in a safe, clean and business-like manner and maintain a neat and up to date filing system
• Prepare and forward required reports and documents (such as bank deposits, Daily collections, time sheets, etc.) to the home office upon request

Requirements:

Applicant must be personable and have sales ability both in person and especially on the phone. Must be detail oreinted and a deal closer (money motivated). Persistent. Must follow through on completely all sales lead. Dependable. Must have a great attendance record and report to work on a timely basis. Must have experience handling and accounting for cash transactions (references a must). Organized-must be neat and conscientious and keep the facility looking the same and functiong in an orderly manner. Must be computer literate.
